Good Day Sir, Now As Of Yesterday, My Current Weight
Question: Good day sir,
Now as of yesterday, my current weight is 261.6 down from 286 at my first weighing back on the 14th of XXXXXXX
This should give you the picture that shows the neck when I'm laying down.

That picture was taken last week, when my weight was 265. In all my time of being fat, which is a while, my neck has never been like this, and it's quite worrisome.
My lymph nodes do not hurt, they feel slightly swollen, but not to cause this much swelling around my neck. In my life, I've never had this and i did some research, and if it WAS my lymph nodes, only the front under my chin would be swollen, but the swelling is all around my entire neck, which i cannot find anything specific to that cause.
So, what COULD cause this? Is there a treatment that can be done? There's no pain, no pain swallowing, nothing except the swelling. And hopefully you can see that picture, I didn’t get a chance to take a picture of the back, but that is swollen as well.
If it was water retention, it would have disappeared in the first week when I was losing weight, BUT as I said, I’ve never had this, like ever in any time gaining weight.
So please, reply with some treatment or something I can do at home, medication, anything to reduce this swelling, because, honestly, I see the weight loss everywhere on my body, even my belly is a lot smaller, but the neck, that still remains as bad as that picture.
Thank you
Steven

Brief Answer:
You should get evaluated.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I see the photo you attached and the neck is really swollen.
I believe it can be a bit swollen due to being overweight but taking count that it is swollen more than before you should get further evaluated.
Do a total blood count with formula and an ultrasound of the neck to check the neck structures.
Take antiinflammatory drugs such ibuprofen to reduce swelling. Also use warm compresses.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
