Brief Answer:
Most likely due to gastritis, anti-emetic with acid reducing agent helps

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for asking on this platform

I have gone through the query and do understand your concern.
Vomiting along with fever can be due to some gastritis and in such cases giving anti-emetic like ondensetron with some acid reducing agent like lansoprazole helps. Vomiting usually subsides within a day or two. For this age 2 mg of ondensetron 2-3 times a day and 15 mg of lansoprazole once a day is sufficient.
If vomiting persists even after giving medication or if there is other associated symptoms like decreased urine output, high grade fever, headache or rashes please consult your pediatrician.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards
