Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
I understand your concern.
There are many medical conditions that can cause vertigo as a symptom.
More details are needed to help me through the diagnosis.
Do you have any other symptoms?
Have you done any examination?
Do you use any medication?
Have you measured the blood pressure?
Vertigo is usually caused by inner ear problems.
This is related to benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.
If this diagnosis is confirmed I may recommend over the counter medication such as Meclizine hydrochloride (Antivert).
Awaiting for your answer to help you better.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further

Probably vertigo due to inner ear problems.
Detailed Answer:
Hi again dear,
At this point I have to agree with your doctor that your symptoms may be related to vertigo due to inner ear problems.
The normal blood analysis excludes many other possible causes.
I also recommend to do a MRI for further evaluation.
Meanwhile, I would recommend you to take the medication Meclizine hydrochloride (Antivert).
It is an over the counter option to treat vertigo and nausea.
I also recommend to reduce salt intake in the diet.
If the symptoms continue I suggest you to consult an ENT specialist for further evaluation.
Take care dear,
Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi
