I see the photo you attached on reports and it is clear that you are suffering from oral thrush. All the tongue is covered by white matter, thrush and the pinkish spot on middle is normal tongue.
Possibly you have been using lots of antibiotics recently.
It is good that you used salt water gargling but it is not enough to treat it.
You should use antifungal lozenges such clotrmazole found otc in pharmacy, or use Dactarin gel.
Rinse mouth with lozenges, keep it for a while then swallow it.
You can use them for 5 to 7days.
