Good Morning, I Suffer With Anxiety And Usually Have A

Question: Good morning,
I suffer with anxiety and usually have a high heart rate, resting indoors is normally high 80s or 90s, sleeping is usually 70s and when I do stuff around the house it is normally 115-120. I know this is not good but it is normal for me. Over the last few days I have noticed it is rarely going above 100 and when I sleep it is occasionally dropping to 45 but staying in the 50’s/60’s. Now moving around the house it is about 90s which is unusually low for me. I am a bit worried as I know it is now within the ‘normal’ range but it isn’t normal for me so I am worrying a bit. What could be the cause of this?

Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry about, normal heart rate.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I think this is nothing to worry about.
You are having quite normal levels of heart rate in rest and in activity.
You were having a bit elevated levels before and more normal now.
I think your anxiety is better managed now and that's why you are having normal levels.
Also if you are taking anxiety medications they can normalize the heart rate also.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thankyou for your answer.
I have not been doing anything different to manage my anxiety I felt as though it was the same. I do not take medication either but obviously I know the ranges were within normal, I just didn’t want there to be any reason as to why they had dropped.
Also is 45 okay to be reaching in sleep as I thought below 5o was classed as bradycardic?

Brief Answer:
45bpm in sleep is quite normal.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
Having heart rate at 45 bpm during sleep is quite normal and it is not considered bradycardia. You don't have to worry about these values because they are quite normal.
There is no certain reason why they have dropped but it can be that you are more fit now then before or your anxiety is better.

Okay that has eased my kind Thankyou so much.
Also I have one other thing that is bothering me, as I said I have had a tooth abscess the last week and I have been on amoxicillin for 4 days now and the majority of my pain has gone just some pain when I try to open my jaw too far. I am having some burning sensations in my head occasionally but am worried the infection has spread to my brain. Is this possible with me already taking antibiotics?

Brief Answer:
No possibility of infection going into brain.
Detailed Answer:
I don't think that the infection is going into the brain . Amoxicillin is preferably used in tooth abcesses and it is highly effective.
Having burning sensation on head doesn't mean that it can be infection on the brain.
