Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing in.
The condition can be vitiligo, lichenoid dermatitis,P versicolor etc.
All are benign conditions do not need worry.
I would also know-
Is there any itching /pain on the area?
Does it increase in size?
Is there any scaling/flaky skin?
Are there similar lesions over face neck?
Which soap do you use?
Does it get itchy on exposure to sunlight?
Can you upload close up images of the area?
Images can help a lot in predicting the condition.
Upload the photos and answer the questions and we can continue the discussion here.
Hope this helps.
I will be available for follow up.

Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for images and details.
It appears to be polymorphic light eruption.
It occurs due to sensitivity to sunlight.Soaps like lux can add to the problem.
-Use venusia soap or Dove soap
-You can apply potent steroid like mometasone over the area for few days.
- Using sunscreen lotion like Shadowz 30 lotion will help.Apply it to face and hands also.
Avoiding Sunlight during 12 to 5 pm is to be followed.
Regular use of venusia XXXXXXX cream will be helpful in preventing reoccurence.
Sunprotection will help in preventing recurrence.
Hope this helps.
Iw will be available for follow up.
