Not drooling but allergic rash, bio 21 does not help in teething
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for asking on this platform
I have gone through the query and do understand your concern.
I have seen the attached image. To me this rash appears to be allergic. I would like to know if there is history of similar rashes in past too or if there is dandruff in scalp.
Application of mometason cream for 4-5 days two times a day helps in resolution of rashes.
Bio 21 contains calcera phosphorus and ferrous phosphorium. Teeth eruption is a natural process and pain during this is also normal. Extra supplementation of calcium and iron is not needed for teethening per se unless there is deficiency.
There can be drooling of saliva or baby can be very cranky. In such condition gentle massage of gums helps in relieving pain.
There can be transient change in feeding pattern and you need not to worry for that. Continue giving semisolid food and I hope he will start taking formula milk also.
I hope this helps.
please let me know if you have any other questions.
Regards

Tooth eruption usually starts between 6-8 months of age
Detailed Answer:
hi
Thanks for follow up
Eruption of tooth usually starts between 6-9 months of age.In some cases it may get delayed upto 1 year. If tooth eruption does not starts even after 12 months of age it should be investigated to find out the cause.
You need not to worry about rashes but if it persists even after routine care apply mometasone cream. That will help.

Continue the given medications, may need some antibiotics
Detailed Answer:
hi
Thanks for follow up
Pulmicort, ventorlin and singular help in relieving any airway narrowing, inflammation and allergy.
I would like to continue the current medications. Discuss with him if there is any need of antibiotic.
Sometimes it may take longer for complete recovery.
I won't get overly worried if there is no feeding difficulty, fast breathing or chest retractions.
