Got My Health Test Results Report With Hematocrit And Uric Acid In Alert Range Should I Be Worried
Question: Hello Doctor,
I recently got my health test results. I have attached the same report. I wanted to get a general opinion and suggestions on how to improve my metrics that are in alert range.
I am also concerned about seeing 'Hematocrit' and 'Uric acid' in Alert range, Should I be worried? What corrective actions can I take.

As I see your reports, I want to emphasise on following main points-
You are having, your triglyceride as well as LDL on higher side of normal range, for which you are supposed to restrict your fat intake & should have active life-style with regular body exercises, aiming to maintain a proper body weight. You may be advised to take lipolytic drug, which may lower your triglyceride & LDL to normal range. Use of atorvastatin, rosuvastatin with or without fenofibrate may be taken.
Your calcium & vitamin D3 are also on lower side of normal range. You should increase your outdoor activity, if you are having limited outdoor activity. A combination of calcium & vitamin D3 may be taken such as tablet shelcal etc.
Though, some of the parameters like MCHC, HEMATOCRIT , URIC ACID are also outside the normal range slightly, still, I will advise you to focus on the points given above mainly.
However, these are the alerts to be taken care of in the broad sense, Still, I will advise you to consult your doctor before undertaking any steps or prescriptions in this
