Nothing to be concerned off
Detailed Answer:
Hello again XXXXXXX
I carefully studied your holter monitoring report and I am happy to announce that
1. There is no evidence of any abnormal rhythm.
2. No significant ventricular or supra ventricular activity.
3. No evidence of any AV block or sinus pause
Your maximum attained heart rate is within your maximum predicted heart rate.
So, in nutshell, things looks good as of now.

Thank you for your report.. is there anything I can be doing to slow down these skipped heartbeats during exercise? Should I be taking magnesium? Is my average heart rate high at 90? My blood pressure has remained good..so I hate to take blood pressure meds but should I be taking a beta blocker to slow my heart down.. I exercise everyday I don’t understand why my rate is still so high.. thanks again you are so wonderful .. I trust your expertise so much!!

Hello again
Detailed Answer: XXXXXXX first of all thanks a lot for such kind words.
Some people have a higher sympathetic drive which keeps the heart rate slightly towards high normal side, but there is nothing worrisome as your holter report is normal.
Also every healthy individual do experience either noticeable or unnoticeable skipping of heart beat couple of times daily and that’s perfectly normal.
So just maintain your healthy lifestyle routine and you will be all fine.
I wish you long and good health.
Kind Regards

Sorry doctor I am still so concerned about my heart.. I do not get the skipped heartbeats when my heart rate is low but as soon as I start exercising I get them constantly.. from what I read that usually indicates serious heart problems.. what should I do?
Brief Answer:
Hello again
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX kindly get your thyroid profile and serum Electrolytes with serum creatinine checked and an echocardiogram to look for any structural abnormalities of heart.
Thyroid issues and structural issues are the another most common cause of skipped beats. In case you have done them recently then kindly upload those reports.
Kind Regards

I loaded the echo .. do you see anything on that test result that would cause the skipped beats..all my blood work has been good..

I also did a calcium screening test it was 0 I did that 7 years ago do I need to redo it? My cholesterol is borderline a little over 200..do I need a stress test?
Brief Answer:
Hello again
Detailed Answer:
No echo doesn’t have any significant issues per se. Also if your blood work is normal then no need to repeat it, but make sure thyroid levels were tested and are within normal limits.
Rest your holter doesn’t signify any significant missed beat burden so there is nothing to be worried for even when you exercise. So until unless you experience any symptoms like giddiness or black out you are all good.
Hope to have been helpful.
Kind Regards
