Thanks for your query. Usually severe cough will keep hiking your intracranial pressure transiently. Obviously when you have just completed a severe bout of coughing you would feel dizzy for may be a day or two. There is nothing to worry about it. However if it persists you would require an ear evaluation to rule out vestibular pathology as well as consecutive blood pressure and blood sugar levels to rule out the respective causes. Do clarify further if you need to.
