Greetings I've Developed A Skin Problem, Smalle Red Dots That
Question: Greetings I've developed a skin problem, smalle red dots that are dry, patchy areas of both my lower legs. This occurs seasonally during the cold months never in the summertime and it is not HE. I took a picture for your information if necessary. Please advise and thank you in advance.
It does not itch and it is not painful in any way.
