Greetings, I Knelt Onto My Right Knee Only To Find

Question: Greetings, i knelt onto my right knee only to find a sharp tool stabbing my knee. I rolled my knee in an attempt to relieve the sudden pain.
When this happened my head pushed into the wall rather slowly, as my knee was searchinng for a non painful surface my head ended up bring pushed North West so to speak almost in a rolling motion. this was not a fast or heard process. However there were a couple of popping sounds as if popping a knuckle.
i continued moving about with no pain for about 20 minutes. Then about an hour later i noticsd i have slight pain about 2/10 pain. and an uneasy kinked feeling in my neck where tge wall pressed my head.
My question is what does it sound like happened? and when should yhis be treated as an emergency?

Brief Answer:
May be due to neck sprain injury...
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your query and here is my advice.
As per your history, it may be due to neck sprain injury.
In case of dizziness/fainting, severe headache, nausea /vomiting, breathlessness than you should consult at urgent medical care.
Still I would suggest you to consult with neurosurgeon for detailed examination. He may procure procure MRI neck, nerve conduction studies as per evaluation.
Till then for pain you can take tablet acetaminophen. Restrict neck movements. You can apply diclofenac gel or ointment locally.
Hope I have answered your query and let me know if I can assist you further.
