You seem to have bronchitis. It could be due to corona or any other virus or maybe any other reason. You can get chest X ray done at a local lab. Also complete blood count may give some insight.

Corona test is available at most government hospitals. You can simply ask a local policeman to take you at the centre. Until test results come you may get quarantined or isolated by them.

Until you are able to get testing done, please stay self-isolated, drink hot water, sun bath for atleast half hour, steam inhalation, practice hygienic measures, avoid cold foods. Stay away from your family for sometime. People are also trying amoxicillin-clavulanate or chloroquine, if it reaches lungs.
