Brief Answer:
Require further evaluation as there can be several causes

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, there can be several causes. Kindly follow up with a bit more information.

Please let me know do you have fever, acidity, weight loss, loss of appetite, had any outside foods, blood in stool?

Still you had done CT scan and endoscopy, I would suggest you to do Colonoscopy, stool analysis, thyroid profile after detailed medical examination and gastroenterologist's opinion.

Till then continue tablet pantoprazole. You can also take syp mucaine gel 2 teaspoon three times a day and tablet cyclopam (acetaminophen + dicyclomine ) after consultation. It will help in gastritis and spasms. You can also take tablet loperamide 2 mg after each loose stool upto maximum 12 mg per day.

Usually abdominal migraine might trigger due to some specific foods like chocolate, processed foods and having family history. At present I don't think it may be due muscle sprain as it usually worsen with movements.

Along with that avoid hot and spicy foods. Take soft diet. Do regular exercise for 30 to 40mins daily. Keep your self hydrated by electoral sachet(oral rehydration solution)

Hope I have answered your query and let me know if I can assist you further... Thank you.

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale
