HI, For Awhile Now In My Right Ear My Pulse

I would explain as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome to Ask a Doctor service!
I understand your concern and would explain that the loud pulse in your ear could be related to different possible causes:
- an inner ear infection
- low blood flow in the small vessels of the inner ear
- a vascular malformation in the brain, etc.
Do you have any ear pain or low hearing with this ear?
Coming to this point, I would recommend consulting with an ENT specialist for a physical exam.
The next step would be performing a Doppler ultrasound of the carotid arteries in order to examine the blood flow in these arteries and exclude possible narrowing.
Further tests to consider would be a brain MRI.
Anyway, none of these issues and tests are an emergency, considering the actual risk of Corona virus.
For this reason, I would recommend you to closely monitor your blood pressure values and schedule a consultation with your attending physician as soon as this situation of coronavirus is over.
Hope you will find this information helpful !
I remain at your disposal for any further questions whenever you need!
Wishing all the best,
Dr.Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist

I have no pain at all. I have asymptomatic stenosis of one of the tricuspid valves - after last exam was told to see Dr. again in 2 years as there was no problem.
Could it be related to this?
thanks again XXXXXXX
My answer as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
The tricuspid valve stenosis could cause this clinical situation.
Anyway, I would also recommend performing a Doppler ultrasound of the carotid arteries and schedule for a brain MRI in the future, as soon as this coronavirus situation will be over.
For the moment, there is no need to panic as nothing serious seems to be going on.
As you have no pain, I would exclude any possible infection in this region.
Hope you will find this information helpful!
Let me know if I can assist you further!
Wishing good health,
Dr. Iliri
