Brief Answer:
Benefits may not be that great

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar, a neurologist, here to answer your query.

I must say that in your case of an asymptomatic moderate ICA stenosis, that too with CABG, benefits of intervention may not be that great in comparison to medical management. It would have been more indicated had it been severe stenosis (>80%).

Hope that helps. If you have any further questions, I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.

Regards,
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
MD,DM(Neurology)
