You seem to have a yeast infection of the penis. Yeast infection is itchy and presents as redness and white deposition and sometimes aa cracks along the tip of produce. I suggest you to use an OTC antifungal e.g clotrimazole 1% cream, twice daily..In addition I suggest you to take a single dose of an oral antifungal e.g fluconazole 150mg.
