My wife is suffering with cough since long days.
Recently different test carried out and suspected TB as blood test TB FERON IS POSITIVE.which is showing 2.85
sputum test ---NO AFB SEEN
CHEST X RAY --OK
HRCT -OK
REQUEST YOUR ADVICE . IS FURTHER TEST REQUIRED FOR CONFIRMATION. TB

In my opinion, you should not worry about TB as your sputum AFB, chest x ray and CT thorax are normal.
So don't start anti tubercular drugs on the basis of TB Feron positive report. No need for further testing of TB.
In my opinion, she should get done PFT (Pulmonary Function Test) for the diagnosis of bronchitis as bronchitis can also cause chronic cough with normal chest x ray and CT thorax.

Sir already PFT CARRIED OUT .Report attached. FVC SHOWING 50 AND FEV1 SHOWING 065 i.e. small airway obstruction as FEF 25-75 OR PEFR < 70
SIR IgG ANS result showing positive . I am worried also for that . what means positive?

She complained also finger joints pain and weakness. Lymphocytes is 41percent
