Brief Answer:
Eczematous rash, topical steroid, moisturising lotion, antihistaminic
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and your mother seems to be having an eczematous rash.
I would recommend her to apply topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream ( tenovate cream) diluted in a moisturizing lotion ( venussia XXXXXXX lotion) in the ratio of 1:3 on the entire affected skin twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet levocetrizine 5 mg twice daily for 2 weeks.
This will help in resolving her problem.
Also avoid harsh soap, keep the body moisturised, wear cotton clothes and stay in cool airy environment.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
