Brief Answer:
Regarding hair loss

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Patterned baldness, as the name suggests, occurs in a pattern. Frontal, mid and vertex part of the scalp are usually affected along with recession of anterior hair line whereas accutane induced hair fall is diffuse. Nonetheless, accutane induced hair fall may uncover an underlying androgenetic alopecia due to increased hair shedding. You may use a minoxidil preparation - a 5% solution. It is non specific hair growth promoter and works for both androgenetic as well as other forms of hair loss.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.
