No ,only if i do some any normal physical activity.

Fatigue during physical activity can arise due to a number of causes of which, most probable in your case would be, excess stress at work, altered sleep pattern, sleep apnea if you have a history of snoring, anemia, vitamin deficiency.
If I were your treating physician, I would suggest you to do the following:
- Do some basic investigations like CBC, Blood sugar levels, BP, TSH.
- Take OTC Vitamin B12 tablets.
- Avoid any form of stress.
- Have adequate sleep of 8 hrs at least.
- Have a healthy diet, with more of fruits and vegetables.
