Sir Bile serum report attached ,
currently itching has been concentrated on hand fingers and feet only after udiliv , one thing I forgot to mention that ongoing medications included raricap 100 mg and maczorb , since dengue fever has subsided since 24th we have stopped taking paracetamol , food intake is quite light with very less oil and more fluid intake ,
please recommend on any additional medicines , or any changes in ongoing medicines, diet changes/ intake for safety of fetus and Mother ,
we have pre-scheduled checkup with gynae on 29th September.

Brief Answer:
Continue Udiliv
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for uploading the report.
The serum bile acids is on the higher side.
Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy is the probable cause.
The following needs to be done -
1. Take Udiliv till delivery
2. Periodic follow up with the obstetrician for assessing the fetal well being and decide about the time of delivery.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.
Continue Udiliv
