Question : HIV? i have been feeling sick and my doctor told me my WBC is low . My spleen and Lymph nodes are swollen. i only used a sex toy which i did not share. Help me!

Hi,

This is unlikely to be related to HIV. HIV doesn't spread if there is no body fluid and blood transfer. Since you don't share the toys and if you don't share needles, this isn't HIV.

Lymph node and spleen swelling could have other causes. Since WBC is also low it needs to be evaluated further. Your local physician / hematologist opinion is essential.
