You need Antibiotics which covers both Aerobic and Anaerobic bacteria.
I prescribe Capsule Clindamycin 600mg twice daily after food, Tablet Ciprofloxacin 500mg twice daily after food for 1 week initially.I will also add Anti inflammatory tablet depending on the injury.Tetatus toxoid injection should also be given.
You can attach the photo in REPORTS section.
Regular cleaning the wound with BETADINE solution along with dressing should be done.
Nothing to worry.It will be healed.
