Had A Colonoscopy In January Which Was Negative. Also Had
Question: Had a colonoscopy in January which was negative. Also had pelvic mri in January to diagnose a fistula. Last week had seton surgery and doc also removed a 1 centimeter growth he felt after DRE. After seton surgery he said he is pretty sure it is benign. What makes him think that?

He removed during seton surgery. Did Doc try to get clean margins? If so, is that the treatment?
