I would like to consider multiple possibilities for the feeling of empty head:
•     Sinus infection: If your problem started with onset of sinus infection. You may need antibiotic treatment for that after your physician advice.
•     Anxiety and stress: start meditation, breathing exercise and daily jogging in morning.
•     Vitamin deficiency: Start multi vitamins as they are easily available.
