Question: i fingered my anus and now feel sore and have some blood on my feces shoukd i be worried?

Hi
It could be fissure in ano,a crack like condition at the edge of anal opening.
It will be painful when you touch and it bleeds sometimes.
Hard stools is the commonest cause.
Please take plenty of liquids.Avoid alchohol.
Eat high fiber diet,fresh leafy vegetables,fresh fruits.
I prescribe Lactulose syrup,anti inflammatory tablet,Diltiazem cream /lignocaine jelly for anal application to my patients with similar complaints.
