Had Stapler /zsr Circumsion Few Pins Are Still Attached Can This Be Dangerous

Question: Hi did stapler /zsr circumsion 33 days back..On 30th day , 95% pins got removed..only 4-5 pins are still loosely attached to skin ..I tried removing it ,applied little pressure but some part is still inside skin...pins are intact on side where swelling is highest...so is it ok to wait more ..? Any issues?...I don't feel any pain or discomfort as of now.. I don't want to forcefully get it removed...is it that pins can get permanently inside skin ?

Based on the facts and photograph that you have uploaded the pins which are still attached to skin are bound to come out after the complete healing of the would .

Do not attempt to pull them out forcibly which may cause bleeding .

You may apply topical antibiotic ointment like Betadine or Neosporin .

Ensure to clean the genital twice daily .

it is now 33rd day and let say might take one more week ie 40th that pins fallen off ..is it safe if parts of pins are there for 40 days inside skin?

There are cracked skin on glan( see pic)..what is solution for that? Some areas are sticky ie if u apply water on XXXXXXX and use tissue to clean it sticks little bit...so cracked skin plus sticky..what can be done about that

Hi..thanks for reply.

Neosprin oinment is for infections..my major concern is stickiness..if I put finger on XXXXXXX and remove it there is little stickiness on finger..ideally it shouldnt be it dry?.what I can do to make it dry and clean

Little pain on XXXXXXX while touching I assume will go on own?

I have uploaded a new image .the small area near urine is clean and no stickiness while area below that is issue..

You are staying that below is infected? That's why neosprin oinment is needed

The area below the tip is a frenulum and prone to gets infected by touching cloths and hand .Neosporin prevents it from getting infected hence being prescribed as a prophylaxis .
