Question: Hi my father had stroke month ago his left side body still week what should he do

From your query,your father had recent stroke of 1 month duration and still left side is weak.Maximum recovery occurs by 3 months.Present stage active physiotherapy will help him to recover.
Meantime continue other medicines (antihypertensives, statins, stroke preventing drugs, neuroprotective drugs and plenty of fluids).He may require anti platelets (aspirin) if stroke is ischemic in nature.
We need to know his brain scan report to help you better.
