Had Two Blood Tests. Feeling Fatigued And Lost Weight. Kidney Function In The First Test Shows Slightly Below Normal. Advise?

Question: I have had two blood tests over the last two weeks. My lympocytes were 3860 and 4600 respectively. I have been feeling fatigued, lost ~50 pounds since february and my liver and kidney function in the first test was slightli below normal but normal the on the second test. What does all of this mean/indicate?

Don't worry about the lymphocytes count they are normal.

I am little worried about the weight loss.

I need some more answers from to find out what might be going on.

1) Do you have high thyroid hormone / low thyroid hormone problem?
2) was the weight loss intensional?
3) do you take any medications and please give me the dose if taking thyroxine?
4) any nausea/ vomiting?
4) any constipation / diarrhea ?
5) any problems while you go for urination ?
6) any food changes / strict diet control ?
7) any weight loss medication you take?
8) any pain in abdomen / any were else? If YES PLEASE MENTION the kind and duration of pain.

Please answer above mention question to have broader look in what might be the cause of weight loss.
