Question: Had ultrasound last week and a couple of hours later, doctor called to advise there is a larger mass on right side and requested MRI. I have an MRI tomorrow. My bloodwork was perfect and urine test as well. What can it be?

A large mass on the right side of pelvis at your age can be related to uterus like a fibroid or an ovarian mass like a cyst. This is more likely to be a benign mass as your other tests are normal. A detailed report of the ultrasound scan will help in the better evaluation.
