Question: Had undergone 25 hydroxy vitamin D total test and the test result came out as 16ng/ml. So it means I am suffering from Vitamin D deficiency. Could you please advice me the next steps to increase my vitamin D level. Which supplement should I take. Have started morning walk to get more sun exposure.

You can take D rise 60K U sachets or capsule once a week. And continue the walk in sun exposure before 8:30 AM or after after 4 PM
