Brief Answer:
Antibiotics must be started.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Seems like you are having a hand space infection.
Antibiotics will be the treatment of choice and most cases will respond well to antibiotics. If there is pus collection, it must be drained.
Make sure that her blood sugar level has to be well within the normal range as uncontrolled diabetes can lead to recurrent infection.
I could not understand the prescription(doctors have bad hand writing!!) and it will be better to attach pictured of the medicine packets.
Can you please upload the picture of the hand to make a better clinical picture.
Thanks
