Question: Hard lump on penis , feels like enlarged fordyce spot but i always had protected sex, had hiv test few months ago it was all fine and havent had intercourse in few months, tried some cream feels smaller ,but one of those cream caused dry skin im getting very nervous, cant sleep, work pls help

Based on the facts that you have posted you seem to have have a Sebaceous Cyst on shaft of the penis however it needs to get confirmed by clinical examination in person by a qualified Surgeon

The Penile skin is rich in sebaceous glands hence more prone to get Sebaceous Cyst due to accumulation of sebum beneath skin

Normally no treatment is required as these small Cyst do get cured spontaneously however if large or increase in size
and get infected need to get excized under local anesthesia. The concerned surgeon will take a call regarding further treatment.
