Question: My mother has difficulty breathing after eating .. What do you suggest ?

she is overweight yes .. her height is 162 cmand weight 71 kg .. she doesnt feel anything from what you said and she is not asthmatic

Thanks for the information.

Based on the above history, I consider there is no need to worry. The breathlessness your mother has after taking food could be a secondary effect of being overweight. Also a milder form of gastritis can be existent which aggravates such symptoms.

I suggest you to give her fiber XXXXXXX foods or fiber supplements like ISOBGOL one spoon mixed in milk or water soon after food. This will improve the stomach transit time and prevent such chest compression symptoms.
