Dear Madam,
Large spermatocele and low testosterone have no relation. Spermatocele is a collection of sperms and usually does not require any treatment. However, some patients may require it to be removed because of the pain.
Low testosterone is probably a function of his aging and he may require supplementation under the supervision of urologist.
Take care.
Sincerely
