Have ADHD With Anxiety And Depression. Dizziness, Nausea, High BP, Slurred Speech, Urinary Incontinence. Family History Of Epilepsy

Thanks for the query
There are a couple of things which come to mind with the symptoms you report and none of them is life-threatening. Most of your neurological symptoms like dizziness, electric shock feeling, speech problems, numb patches and urinary symptoms are episodic and transient indicating non-progressive Neurological disorder.
So I personally feel most of your problems are related to anxiety and depression. ECG changes mentioned are non-specific and needs no evaluation. You need to see a Gynecologist to exclude the possibility of stress incontinence. You need to see a Neurologist only if your symptoms worsen or notice additional neurological problems. Do continue on your medications for anxiety/depression and XXXXXXX your psychiatrist regularly.
I thank you again for submitting your question. I hope you find my response to be both helpful and adequate. If you have any additional concerns regarding your question I would be happy to address them.
Sincerely,
