Sudden onset chest pain discomfort on left side, burping can occur due to following reasons.

- First possibility we can think of is indigestion itself. It is a common problem and it is characterized by sudden onset burning discomfort in epigastric region. It is associated with burping. Some times nausea is also seen.

- Other possibility is some cardiac problem. Angina can present with chest discomfort on left side and it can also present with burping. If problem persists then get your ECG done in order to rule out any cardiac problem. Get your BP checked as low BP can be a reason for these symptoms.
