Brief Answer:
It could be Fungal Infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi
As per your description,it looks like Fungal Infection.
I prescribe Ointment containing Terbinafin to my patients with similar complaints. I also add Tablet ITRACONAZOLE 200mg twice daily for 2 weeks initially.
But,the lesion should be seen by a Dermatologist with naked eye and the anti-fungal medicines need to be taken under supervision.
Nothing to worry.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health and speedy recovery

Thanks for your answer.
Could you please tell me a exaxt medicine names? I want to get rid of this infection from scratch so that it won't occur again. I'm ready to take a treatment from you.
Also, what are the causes ? Is it due to any food or something?

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Tinea corporis/cruris is a fungal Infection that can be caused by close contact with an Infected person.Other causes include grooming infected pets like dogs, cats; touching items used by Infected person etc
People who live in crowded places, participate in close contact sports like wrestling, rugby etc are prone for this.
People with excessive sweating, wearing tight clothes are also prone to this Infection.
I prescribe Candiforce 200mg tablet twice daily. It contains ITRACONAZOLE.
But, you should show the lesion to a Dermatologist.
Hope I answered your question.

Brief Answer:
Please take second opinion from another Dermatologist

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am sorry to say that it is not possible for me to treat you by Video consultation.
Please consult another Dermatologist of your town and proceed further.
Some skin lesions take longer time for healing.
Nothing to worry.
