Have A Small Spherical Lump (maybe 3/16" In Diameter) Inside
Question: Have a small spherical lump (maybe 3/16" in diameter) inside my mouth above my 2 front teeth (outside of the gum) right where the gum meets the inside of my upper lip. doesn't hurt. it has been developing for some time. no idea what it is. woke up this AM and it was no longer a "feeling", it was just there. Easy to see if I just roll up my upper lip.

can't take a photo while holding up my upper lip. I live alone. Thanks for you advice. If it gets worse, I will take further actions. You have been very helpfull. sounds like it probably isn't anything to be concerned about. It was just something I have never experienced before. Getting old.... it sucks.
