Hi,
I get pain entirely in the head region . a throbbing pain.
Little or no nausea. It starts in the night - roughly around the time when I am about to sleep and is there for a few hours after I wake up. Its so bad that sleeping becomes very difficult.
No injuries. Work Pressure is there slightly.
Darkness and sounds or not, its the same.

Brief Answer:
Possibly migraine
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. Sorry for the inadvertent delay in responding. I think that it could be migraine and that you would benefit from taking amitriptyline 10 mg twice daily. I would recommend you to ask your doctor to write it down for you.
