Thanks for the query.
Dark circles are sometimes hereditary, In such cases it is very difficult.
However as you mentioned, It developed just a year back, hence chances of getting cure is more.
Here is my advice for you.
1. Apply melaglow cream daily in night.
2. Apply a sunscreen with at least 30 spf in day.
3. Take syrup dexorange 1 spoon in morning.
4. Drink lot of water.
5. Take adequate sleep.
You must do all this for at least 2 months to get result.
