Brief Answer:
fissure or hemorrhoid condition likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor services.
I have read your query and here is my advise.

* As per my surgical experience, blood in stool when wiping bottom is
usually related to anal fissure or hemorrhoid.

* Back pain on right side for long time may be in concern with calculus in
the urinary system or other issues.

Kindly give me further details so that I can answer your query completely.

1. Is there associated pain or burning during defecation ?
2. Do you have constipation ?
3. Any relation of back pain with physical activity ?
4. Burning in urination if any ?
5. Was anoscopy examination carried out by consultant surgeon for piles ?
6. Any other medications consumed as for high blood pressure or others ?

Awaiting for your response.
Regards.
