Have Chest Heaviness, ECG Normal. Suggestions?

Question: i have chest hevayness but ecg and scho are normal plz sugest me
Hi XXXXXX,
Thanks for posting your query.
Chest heaviness may be due to cardiac/ lungs disease.
If your ECG and Echo is normal then there is high possibility of pulmonary causes.
Have you undergone chest x ray?
Do you have fever/ cough with sputum/ breathlessness?
Some times patient has severe cough and on examination chest is clear with no ronchi (means chest examination is also clear). Such condition is called as "Cough variant asthma".
Inhalational therapy including anticholinergics and beta 2 agonist have beneficial effect in such condition.
Put your query if you have.
Best regards,
Dr. Mayank Bhargava
