Question: I have a pain in my chest at times and there is also a muscle pain.
I am also having problem while taking deep breath. please suggest.

Lack of exercise

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

The pains you have could be purely musculo skeletal. Such pains occur due to lack of exercise.

regular exercise and application of pain killer gels like Diclofenac would suffice.

Also to be on safer side do get an ECG done to rule out heart disease risk which is a recent trend.
