Have Continuous Running Nose Last 10 Days. Rare Cough No

Allergy vs viral fever vs preexisting nasal/sinus condition...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Persistent runny nose is more likely related to allergic condition. Other possibility being a viral flu or an existing sinus condition with post nasal drip. Without a physical examination I will not be able to narrow down to a possibility. I will suggest to try antihistamine like tab levocet 5mg once daily at night along with steam inhalation thrice a day. If symptoms worsen or you develop fresh symptoms, I will encourage you visit a doctor.
In the meanwhile if you had travelled away from home or had exposure to any one who travelled out of the country, I will recommend you to keep isolated and visit the nearest health centre.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.
Regards
