Question: Hello, why at age 56 are there small indentations appearing on my forehead ?

These kind of small indentations appear on your forehead only when you have trauma or injury to the forehead bone.
At 56 yrs, this can be the only possible cause. However, it could be a soft tissue swelling from below the subcutaneous tissue as well like a cyst, hematoma, fibroma, and lipoma.
