Have Four Cervical Herniated Discs With Bone Spurs Arthritis. How To Get Relief From Pain?

Thank you for the query.
There is always a hard decision to be made with herniated discs. You should imagine that this is not just a one place which gives you the pain, but it is many of them. This is a disease of whole spine. Depending of how narrowed is a spinal canal you can either have it operated or not. It is always advisable to do anything to do not operate the spine as sometimes results of surgery are minor. That is why physical therapy should be considered at first. All exercises which will make the back muscles stronger are good as long as any massages and other types of physical therapy.
With strong pains medicines like Diclophenac and Tetrazepam are very helpful.
If you find all this therapies not successful, you should than visit orthopedist and ask him about the surgery.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

So it sounds you did pretty much to ease the pain and it didnt help. You have plenty of medicines (sounds really too much of them) and no wonder you do feel horrible because of them. Moreover, none of ordered to you medicines does not have anti-inflammatory effect. This effect is very important as when the nerves do get compressed, it causes local inflammation and gives pain.
As you have a right to feel well and should not suffer, it is strongly advisable to visit neurosurgeon or orthopedist (both can operate the spine) and have a surgery done.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
