Thank you......Just a few of questions:
--is the cetrizine a prescription drug or over the counter?
--what would be the other anesthetics and are they over the counter?
--do you know what would be a good brand of toothpaste?
--would there be any negative side effects from taking steroids on a consistent
basis?
Thanks for your help

Brief Answer:
Over counter. Side effect on long term use.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
You can get cetrizine and anesthetic gel ( example Lignocaine gel) over the counter.
When comparing oral and systemic, oral steroid gels have very less side effects.
I am sorry about the toothpaste, I don't know which brands are available in your place, you can ask for a bland one when you buy it next time, I am sure you can get that.
Hope i answered your query.
