Question: Have got a big gland kind of thing in my mouth, near lips inside the mouth. Making it difficult to talk at times.

Based on the photograph that you have uploaded you seem to have developed what is called as
“Sumbmucous Cyst “ in lower lip

This is a benign Cyst and needs to get it removed
.
Consult qualified General Surgeon and get it excised

It is a very simple surgery done under local anaesthesia as a out patient procedure and does not require hospitalisation
